Two divers from the United States and Hong Kong were still missing more than a day after they failed to surface off a Philippine resort, security officers said Monday.
Authorities at the Subic Bay freeport said they have been unable to locate American Steve Brittian, 47, and Hong Kong tourist Tin Shun Chuen, 39 since they went missing during a dive on Sunday.
